I was checking out IBNLIVE today and came across a vid interview with Shahrukh by the Editor of IBN.

I kind of liked one thing that SRK said. When asked how do you keep loving yourself and what would you like to change in yourself physically, now that you are past 42, SRK replied..

Each morning while taking shower stand in front of the mirror and look at yourself naked. If you like what you see, it’s all good. If you don’t like something you see go ahead and change it.

I seriously need to get a bigger mirror in my bathroom and I have decided to follow his words strictly. It makes sense. Why would you live with something that you don’t like? You have to be perfect to yourself, or work for achieving it. Live in and for the present !! Get liberated !!
